Not the greatest neighborhood definitely a place to stop by only during the day. At night this place is scary.

Affress is on waterman but u have to take side street to get to parking lot. Stayed there 11 months they were great

Well behaved dogs can visit residents in the outdoor courtyard. Proof of current vaccinations also required - hope this answers your questions :)
There are none..it's come an go as you please for non resident.
Depending on the person in question I would recommend you call and ask to speak with someone in the administration office.
